Client Care Department

Our Client Care Department team aims to ensure that all our clients receive a truly excellent service. They assist our legal teams to ensure that progress is made with all claims from the outset, and liaise with clients throughout the duration of their case. They will deal with the general enquiries of our clients, and assist in building a relationship of trust.

Our Client Care Department will regularly audit milestones which have been put in place to monitor performance. They may contact clients from time to time to ensure satisfaction with the service being provided.
